Mint Xfce 22.2 Ubiquity - Checked autologin for created user does not apply to installed system #85

@ghost

Description

Creating a user account with autologin checked in the ubiquity installer does not apply to the installed system.

The new installed system will still prompt for a password to sign in. I verified it's not ask once situation. The system will still ask for user password after every full shutdown or a reboot.

Set autologin to the account from the installed system works as expected however.

Some more testing later I nailed the culprit down to this kernel update. System does not ask for password before the update, but it will ask for user password after this kernel update is applied.
