Missing music application launch facility

Issue
No option to Launch music sources such as "Rhythmbox" or "Spotify" etc on the "Sound Settings" panel icon pop up.
It used to be available on 18.3

I'm confused by this one. If I click the sound applet on the panel there is a "Launch Player" submenu

@craigs100 Maybe you can use a keyboard shortcut? I use Super+M to launch Rhythmbox.

@icarter09 For some reason I didn't get a notification on 8th Dec :( No, that doesn't help. I don't get a "Launch Player" menu like I used to in 19.1/2 from start up. If I manually start Rhythmbox then it appears at the top of the Sound Settings popup as "Rhythmbox Stopped". If I delete it (click "x") then I see "Chromium - Stopped". I'm pretty sure the Sound Settings popup used to list all the player apps so you could start them from there without having to first start them from the Mint Menu.

It depends...
If I'm right and the previous version had this facility and it wasn't taken out on purpose then it's a bug. If it was taken out on purpose or I'm wrong and the previous version didn't have it then I guess it's a feature request.

It's one of the reasons I think it's a good idea to blacklist chrome/chromium as a player - it ties up the sound applet and prevents the launch player options from showing.

It's seems to have been resolved in 22.3
