high CPU use idling

I've got ldk-server running on signet with a local bitcoind and the CPU usage is pretty high for it to be idling. Running at commit bf4d8bd

Yes, that could be a reason. Did the CPU usage go down since? Also, did you open any network connections already? (Initial) gossip syncing can also be somewhat resource hungry. Would love to learn though if you see any continuously high CPU usage.

It did go down some time after that INFO message.

All I did was start it on signet network with a local bitcoind. Nothing else as I'm still poking around the --help docs.
