lime-sdk page: eliminate it

There is a page on the website about lime-sdk:

it mentions Chef (that is down since long time) and cooker that does not get updated since 7 years https://github.com/libremesh/lime-sdk.
That page gets generated directly from the readme here https://github.com/libremesh/lime-sdk/blob/eae984428969d10357dc22515bea51c9f0bbd832/README.md

@a-gave do you know if cooker still works? In this case, I can try to update that readme, otherwise I would propose to remove that lime-sdk submodule thing from the website.

Last time I used the sdk (think with openwrt 23) it was still working. I included it (also if outdated) just to give an idea/tool to build packages locally via sdk and then use them with the imagebuilder...
Anyway I think it could be just removed no need to update it... I can do it soon
Last time I needed to test some development patches I just used podman-compose with some manually triggered scripts, I'm copying them here to give an idea. Maybe something similar could be documented better and included in the website.

To run tests in ib I was disabling CONFIG_SIGNATURE_CHECK=y to use the packages generated by the local sdk without copying the signing key between the container
