Add cocoapods_example Flutter app
Introduce a new examples/cocoapods_example project to validate that `nativeapi` and `cnativeapi` build through CocoaPods on iOS and macOS. Adds iOS and macOS Xcode projects, Podfile and platform configs, Flutter xcconfig/plist files, app icons, analysis_options.yaml, README with build/validation steps (Swift Package Manager disabled), and a simple Dart example. Update pubspec.yaml to include the new example.
