How to get the bounding box of the subtitle?

Hello, I would like to extract the dimensions of the rendered subtitle to create an interactive UI. Is this possible? Thanks.

I'm wondering if it's possible to use OpenCV to recognize, extract, and calculate the position of subtitles. However, considering that there may be karaoke-style subtitles, this method seems to be more complicated.
