Kubernetes compatibility table is missing in the README.md of 1.0.0

Version 0.22.3 Table

Version 1.0.0 Table

Expected behavior
New table should provide proper compatbility of latest versions of Kubernetes 1.30, 1.31, 1.32

Ah yes, we should fix this :)

For now, 1.0.0 was released to support Kubernetes 1.32.x
