Status page for kernelci

We need to monitor status of each "gear" in KernelCI: pipeline, api, how many kbuilds done last 24h, uptime of each subsystem, when last staging deployment was done, production etc etc
And it will nice to have status page where all this can be seen and monitored.
This might help also on troubleshooting issues like: kernelci/kernelci-pipeline#1425
