Ionic Tooltips not working with Ionic Modal

Describe the bug
When using a tooltip inside a modal, the positioning of the tooltip is not calculated correctly. Works fine outside of the modal.
The image on the left, in the screenshot below, looks fine (the one outside the modal.) The one on the right is the element being rendered outside the modal when hovering.

To Reproduce
Create a tooltip in an ion-modal.

Expected behavior
The tooltip should be rendered like it is in all other scenarios.
