ion-split-pane moves tooltip #16
Description
Describe the bug
When using ion-split-pane in conjunction with ionic4-tooltips and the split pane is open. The tooltips are forced to the right by the width of the split-pane.

When the split pane is open (i.e. large devices/desktop) the tooltip is moved to the right.
When you shrink the window (i.e. small devices/mobile) the tooltip is shown correctly.
Expected behavior
The tooltip should take into account whether the split-pane is open and in use and set the horizontal offset accordingly.
