Use the --download-archive to prevent repeat downloads

Is there a way to use the --download-archive in this GUI to prevent repeat downloads?

At this time there is not. Will keep this open as feature request. We could either:

• Add the option to specify an archive file
• Keep track of an archive file ourselves
• Both with the first being advanced mode and the latter easy mode.
