Review PHP-FPM status URI

Using the default URI /status is likely to clash so it would be better to change to something like /php-fpm-status to free up /status.

This would be a breaking change however there have never been any tests for the /status URI like there is for /server-status.

The php-hello-world app would need some changes to the menu logic.
