Incorporate gus33000's Windows Arm64 support

While I have no Windows Arm64 devices, I noticed that @gus33000 made a fork that adds ARM64 support...but it was built off of the older @gurnec 2.4.0 version that your own "@idrassi" version was forked from:

This means that, as of this time, there are not two but rather three different versions of HashCheck Shell Extension that have mutually exclusive functionality:

• @gurnec v2.2.3 (MD4 checksums)
• @gus33000 v2.4.0 (Windows Arm64)
• @idrassi v2.5.0 (BLAKE3 checksums)
