feat: Layer 1 AST sweep — S-expr/JSON dump for Eclexia

Update eclexia submodule to include S-expression and JSON AST dump
capability via `eclexia parse --format sexpr|json` and the
`dump-sexpr`/`dump-json` shorthand commands.

Layer 1 AST dump status across all languages:
  Done: JtV, WokeLang, AffineScript, Oblibeny, Tangle, Error-Lang,
        Me-Dialect, BetLang, Phronesis, My-Lang, Eclexia
  Skipped: Anvomidav (spec-only), KQL/TypeQL-Exp/GQL (not in monorepo)
  Deferred: Ephapax (remote repo reorganised in Big Unification)
