Description
Procedure definition blocks which have callers on the workspace should not be deletable until the callers have all been deleted. This is enforced for deletion via drag and drop to the flyout and by selecting the definition block and hitting the delete key, but these definition blocks can still be deleted via the contextual menu even if they have callers.
