html is copied verbatim to ToC in wiki

hi :-)

an element like <a name="jump_here"></a> can add an invisible reference to a document. this also works when placed "in" a title but gitea doesn't seem to render html inside the ToC. because of that, the html code is visible there (it isn't in the document).
