how to migrate my org jenkins repo to spec kit

We are just starting to use spec kit and work with LLM and agents in the best practice way.
I'm trying to add spec kit to our jenkins repository, it is basically a huge repo that serve our organization (shared libraries and more)

can someone help with elaborating on how to start, it seem like a huge task and i'm afraid taking a wrong route and find myself in a month from now needing to shift again.

For example we want to add a pipeline for each PR to this repo, i see spec kit as a way to help the agent that will look on this PR and validate it follows best practices.

also there is some tedious opeartions that i think we can add an agent with a good spec and it can do many of this tedios ops.

What are you specifically trying to accomplish here? When you say Jenkins repo do you mean a collection of Jenkins jobs?
