Add in definition of terms like "synchronize" for Github Action Activity typesΒ #2257

Description

What article on docs.github.com is affected?

https://docs.github.com/en/free-pro-team@latest/actions/reference/events-that-trigger-workflows#pull_request

What part(s) of the article would you like to see updated?

This page references activity types like: "synchronize" but does not provide a definition of what this means. To my understanding, it means that a commit has been made to a pull request branch but it's not clear based on the docs if this is correct.

Additional information

It may be worth considering adding a definition for all of the "Activity Types" given it may not be fair to assume every user will know of the full GitHub functionality when reading the docs.
