Describe the bug

The remaining requests information should ideally be rounded to 1-2 decimal points. Currently it displays too many digits.

Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.412.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Check the bottom right corner for remaining requests information
2. Too many digits are displayed

Expected behavior

Should round to 1-2 decimal points.
