Add support for remote plugin sources in marketplace.json listings. This is supported by the spec and claude code, but is not currently implemented in Copilot CLI
Proposed solution
A marketplace.json file can point to a remote repo as the source of a particular plugin entry, instead of the plugin living in the same repo as the marketplace itself. This is supported by the spec.
Example prompts or workflows
The workflow this would enable is that a plugin author could host their own plugin on their own repo, but still gain visibility and discoverability by being present in other marketplaces - github/copilot-plugins, for instance.
