Currently this repo cannot be added into Copilot CLI's marketplace due to missing marketplace.json

Possible Solution

• Add this marketplace.json file into this repo's .github\plugin folder
• This marketplace.json should be auto-updated whenever a new skill/agent being added into the repo.
