We want more detailed logs for the gateway in the VLAB tests in CI. Debug logs all around, maybe?
Requires changing the GitHub workflow in the fabricator repo, probably something like a new option to pass when calling it from the dataplane repo, to tell it to launch the gateway with an increased log level.
