Clean up commercial remnants and align with open-source model

Remove License section from dashboard Settings. Remove license API stub from server. Rewrite privacy.html and terms.html for open source and Hub freemium model. Remove thank-you.html. Update README with correct button labels and project structure. Remove dead CSS and unnecessary comments.
