Hi! I'm working on a draft PR on GitHub, and I think it's a little silly for Bito to send 4 redundant comments in 8 hours saying that it isn't going to review the code until I run a specific command. Maybe, if it's already sent the draft comment, it shouldn't send any more for at least x commits or y days?
