[Feature Request] Ability to move tabs across normal and incognito windows

Would love to be able to CTRL-[ and CTRL-] between normal and incognito windows! I realize this would probably need its own implementation—e.g. behind the scenes: close the tab and then re-open it—since the Chrome API doesn't allow its regular tab-moving function to be used between normal/incognito windows. So maybe this behavior could be enabled through an opt-in setting, or just as separate commands "Close and reopen the selected tab to the left/right of the current tab"?
