tag-dialogue changes formatting and size when entering much text into the message field #2556

Fork Version: 2.62.1
The dialogue following "New Tag" goes out of bounds when you pass a good amount of text into the field message
The text-box message itself doesn't have an resize option and does not resize.
After removing the text, the dialog stays in the bigger, malformed size.
