Clearly define the goals for the SIG

• Driver a culture of Open Source within medium - large Financial enterprise and help
• Quantitatively articulate the benefit of InnerSource in Financial institutions
• Promote ISC Commons events to FINOS members
• Create a space for FINOS members to participate under Terms Of Reference already agreed with FINOS and the Financial institutions
• Create Body of Knowledge like the onboarding strategy for Financial institutions, regulatory compliant operating models,
• Identifying common blockers to inner source adoptions (e.g. regulatory and cybersecurity concerns)
• Support each other in helping with driving their InnerSource program
• InnerSource enabling AI
• AI enabling InnerSource
