Do nothing when Thumbs down and same Category

Describe the bug
When a Thread is forwarded and in the same category then pressing the thumbs down reaction should just leave the thread as it is and not create a new channel and forward the old messages there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make a Thread
2. Write in it (make internal comments)
3. Do !forward and press 👎
4. See how another channel with the same user gets created and all the messages get forwarded even tho not needed.

Expected behavior
Leave the Channel as it is. Just close the !forward command.
