Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new class.
  2. On the class definition widget, pull up the built-in Lepiter area.
  3. Write some content to this Lepiter page.
  4. Close the Lepiter area.
  5. Rename your class using the refactoring tools.
  6. Open the Lepiter area again.
  7. Observe: Lepiter content is gone.

I inspected the Lepiter database and found the original Lepiter content, under the title of the old name of the class.

Expected behavior: The Lepiter page used to save code/content for a given class is renamed or re-associated when a class is renamed, such that content is not lost or orphaned.
