HaxeFlixel not showing up in New Project

Yeah I'm new to this software and want to make a haxeflixel project, and I installed it with the command line.
It doesn't exist evidentially.

Well, it does exist, right in the "lib" folder in my "haxe" folder

Any tips? I'm trying to make a game.
