I'm thinking a sphinx gallery with a bunch of neuro examples

• masknmf stuff
• IBL behavior task
• Gerbil behavior, vocalizations, QLVM
• DARTsort ephys
• Some other lightning pose behavior stuff, Caitlin's dogs

Things to figure out:

• approval from people to have the examples posted here
• where to host the actual data 🙃 , could do imageio style repo with just binaries, not gitlfs since we'd hit that limit very early
