Maker Command: Query/Suggest exchange rate when reviewing offer

Hello!

Does farcaster provide a cli option to set a spread/exchange rate for a make offer, similar to how eth<>xmr atomic swaps [0] and comit [1] do?

The webapp at https://ui.farcaster.dev seems to do just that but calculates the spread only after entering both the amounts in their respective fields, which is... fine, but suggested exchange rate querying will definitely be a great deal for makers trying to run their offers full-time, i.e; [2][3]
