Hashrate wrong

Hi im experiencing one problem on hashrate im mining directly in the pool i installed for test and my Antminer is showing 323 khs but on stats into the pool shows 29 khs is there any fix for this?

Did you ever figure anything out with this? Exact same issue over here, trying to figure it out for a week or two.
