Combine chapters and parts in TOC tree #60

It would be useful to be able to create a TOC tree that includes both chapters and parts, e.g.:
- Abstract
- Acknowledgements
- Part 1: Introduction
- General introduction
- More specific stuff
- Part 2: Objectives
- Hypothesis and Goals
- Part 3: Methods
- MRI
- Quantum state decomposition
- Time travel
...
Value / benefit
This structure is used in many table of content outlines, such as PhD theses. Generally, it could add a lot of flexibility in structuring the TOC.
