Guardrail merged in evalops/fathom#92 at 2026-05-10T12:57:28Z (b806f7a0aee6bb261640aeab76e409cc8440cf4d).

The repo-local tracker evalops/fathom#91 was closed after merge, and review feedback sentinel run 25629356262 reported that repo/class fingerprint set as already_closed in review-feedback-guardrail-lifecycle.json.

The runtime-smoke-coverage guardrail is now the Swift test visualDigestReceiptHashKeepsExistingWireDomain, wired through the existing Fathom Swift CI job.
