* Add MR_LIGHTSPEED to base

* fix: declare xlink namespace for MR_LIGHTSPEED logo

* fix: rewrite MR_LIGHTSPEED logo SVG with xlink namespace

* Update logo.svg file

* fix: add image dimensions and clean SVG root

* Adding logo png

I noticed png files were accepted in other submissions so will use this.

* Delete data/MR_LIGHTSPEED/logo.svg

Delete failing svg
