ThumbGate integration idea

ThumbGate is an enforcement layer for AI coding agents: PreToolUse-style hooks, Thompson Sampling for explore/exploit on tool allowlists, self-distillation from session feedback, and a Smithery listing (68 tools) for MCP-style workflows.

This repo is a strong fit for optional pre-action checks alongside your existing guardrails. Happy to sketch a minimal hook contract or a small PR if maintainers are interested.
