Port displayed three times

In the General View diagram, when a user create a PortUsage from the ports compartment of a PartDefinition, it appears in three places: compartment, border node, and diagram background.

It should only appears as a border node and in the compartment.

The last one (on the diagram background) should be hidden by default.

I'll change the title since this issue is present on many elements.
It's probably here every time we have these 3 mapping for a given semantic element and the element is created from the compartment.
I'll push a fix to adapt the method in DiagramMutationExposeService responsible for hiding the top tier node if the compartment exists to also work if the element was created from a compartment.
