Improvement Architecture Checklist based on Piloting feedback #537
Description
The newly introduced Checklist entries ARC_04_01, ARC_04_02, ARC_04_03 in https://eclipse-score.github.io/process_description/main/folder_templates/features/feature_name/architecture/chklst_arc_inspection.html are not feasible in the current form:
- Mere copy of Iso 26262 requirements
- ARC_04_02 makes no sense for Posix SW Platform and additionally S-CORE process has no guidance how to provide the estimates - covered also by ARC_02_05
- ARC_04_01 speaks about tesing, should be moved to Test Review Checklist?
- ARC_04_01 "a." points to CPU time, but the Posix OSs do not provide this timing isolation.
- ARC_04_01 "a." also mentions shared memory isolation which is not the usual OS safety mechanism. But process memory isolation is.
- ARC_04_01 "b." - Checking the FFI function the OS provides should not be done in every feature but should be shifted to future Platform Architecture Review
- ARC_04_03 does not meet the Iso requirement (defined vs. appropriate), should be part of "Component Architecture Review" not "Feature Architecture Review", missing method for this in the architecture process
- ARC_04_01, ARC_04_02, ARC_04_03 only defined for "Feature Architecture", was "Component Architecture" missed? - ARC_04_02 & ARC_04_03 is lacking the "guidance" entry in the checklist (e.g. could decribe where to look for the required information)
