[Windows] Layout problem with different monitors

Describe the bug
I have two monitors, one 4k monitor with 175% zoom and a FullHD monitor with 100% zoom.
Moving the initial "Eclipse SDK Launcher" dialog from the 4k to the FullHD monitor truncates the Browse button.

To Reproduce
Use above monitor layout. The 4k monitor is the main display. The "Eclipse SDK Launcher" dialog is shown on this 4k monitor initially. It looks like this:

Now I drag this dialog to the FullHD monitor and it will look like this:

Note the too small Browse button.

Expected behavior
All buttons should be equally good readable.

Environment:

Thank you for the report. I can reproduce this issue.
It was already present in the 2025-12 and even 2025-09 release. So it does not seem to be a recent regression that may lead to unintended effects at other places as well.
And it only happens for me when moving from 175% to 100% (or when changing the zoom of the monitor from 175% to 100%). Once a relayout is triggered (e.g., when resizing the window), the "Browse" button is properly layouted again.
