Importing breakpoints requires restarting the IDE to see them all #789

The problem
When importing breakpoints, I required some restarts to see them all in my IDE
To reproduce
- Activate the working sets in the breakpoints view
- Import these breakpoints: hoy.zip
- Check the option "Create breakpoint working sets"
I expected
- To see 87 breakpoints imported
But got instead
- Only a bunch of breakpoints
Workaround
Restart the IDE.
Additional details
- I exported from and imported to the latest I-BUILD version: I20250927-1800
- OS: Windows 10
