Can't dump splatoon disc

Ive been trying to dump a splatoon disc for cemu and when i try to dump the disc the screen changes to three lines of text saying:
shortname_en=
shortname_ja=
product_code=
However, when I put in my old scratched disc then my new splatoon disc it says the disc can't be mounted
