Upgrade to psr/container 2.x

psr/container 2.0.2 is a trivial diff from 1.1.2, other than requiring PHP 7.4+ which DoctrineModule is already past. The upgrade would allow DoctrineModule to be used alongside other dependencies that require psr/container 2x.

Upgrading to psr/container ^2 will require upgrading laminas-servicemanager from ^3 to ^4, as 3.x only supports prs/container 1. See #834 for further details.
