Homebrew and sshtunnel

How can we install pgcli via homebrew at macos with sshtunnel support? Is there an only way via pip?

Hmm, good question. Homebrew maintains its own formula of pgcli, and it looks like it does not include extras. I think your best bet is to ask Homebrew maintainers.
