Whether you can upgrade cryptography depends on the version

ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts.
mycli 1.27.0 requires cryptography==36.0.2, but you have cryptography 41.0.4 which is incompatible.

When mycli is now installed, some dependency conflicts are reported. The current mycli relies on cryptography==36.0.2
