What needs to be validated
F2421 - Diagnostics test failed. Reason: The RTC battery voltage is low.
Why it needs to be validated
If the RTC battery is low and the switch is upgraded or power cycled, it may fail to re-join the fabric as the hardware clock is reset and the certificate validation between switch and APIC will fail due to mismatched time & date.
