Incorect time separator in timestamp on Image Information in polish language

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I checked and did not find my issue in the already reported ones

Describe the bug

Strange sings instead of a colon in datetime on Image Information tab.

Steps to reproduce

Set polish (polski) in Global preferences/General -> interface language
Select photo on lightable and go to Image Information.
Check import timestamp or datetime. Then you should see strange sings instead of a colon, For example
17�24�09

Expected behavior

17:24:09
