Display Window Incorrect #5

It saves as Display 1 even though Display 2 is selected.
Originally it worked great then a few minutes later I hit the hotkey again and the one window switched and could no longer be edited. Stuck on display 1.
Also, whatever display is selected in the "Position Editor", the display that saves in "Window Settings" is display# minus 1.
Ie. Display 1 saves as Display 0
Display 2 saves as Display 1 etc.
But the window always stays on Display 1 no matter what is being shown/saved in "Window Settings".
