Cloud docs TOC navigation broken

After merging changes to the TOC for Guide (?), the TOC is wrong when you click "Cloud" in the TOC:

When building locally and in PR's, it's correct:

but the live website is only correct until you click Cloud, then it shifts up in the TOC to the old location:

and worse - other links to Overview or guide are broken!

I was hoping the issue was related to some broken links and perhaps the Cloud docs hadn't rebuilt with the newly released theme - and that is breaking the TOC navigation as it's out of sync with the other projects.

This was now fixed after waiting for caches to be updated. Likely triggered by the new error-free #107.
