Copilot claims no changes occurred, even when they did #60

Describe the bug
Coding agent will sometimes claim it made no changes, even when pushing a non-empty commit.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior
This commit changed the line endings in its diff to match the rest of the file. The file was not correctly formatted prior to the change, but it claims that it was.
